About the BBB
You might notice that Maid Brigade of Austin is not a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Until this year, we were not just a member but we were an Accredited Business.  As the cost of this accreditation continued to increase without a corresponding increase in value to our clients, we have decided to forgo the expense of membership in the BBB and pass the savings on to our clients in the form of lower costs. In our almost 10 years of membership in the BBB we had not had a single complaint and only a very limited number of clients tell us that our membership in the BBB mattered.  Because the cost of membership in the BBB is quite high (and growing) and is without a demonstrative return on that investment we felt our clients would be better served by lower prices.  Our commitment to Customer Service and providing a quality product has not and will not change.  If ever a client is not satisfied with our service or our staff, just let me know and I’ll fix the issue as quickly as possible.
